Hello,

How can I change the text of the description of folders that appears above the thumbnails to change large and color?

ALL changes to text can be done with your them stylesheet. Go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> edit theme stylesheet.

More info about editing stylesheets here:
viewtopic.php?t=4270

To change the style for the text that appears above the thumbnails, look for the classes under "Thumbnails" paragraph in the link above.

In most of the text/description boxes you can use html. So font info like bold, size, style, color, end other is okay.

Hope this helps.

After noticing Karl's answer... I'm just adding...

Of course that is unless I'm misunderstanding what you were asking? 8)
I'll have to pay closer attention next time.
