Hi,

I keep getting the following error, ive had my web space provider check out the site and they say its fine their end, any one got any ideas as to what could cause this issue??

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in \\nas20ent\domains\s\sherwoodsfabrics.co.uk\user\htdocs\imagevue\include\ivFolder.class.php on line 209

The site location is : http://www.sherwoodsfabrics.co.uk/fabrics.html

Works now, no? It might return that error in one of the first visits while it is caching crucial data.

sorry my mistake, on the page its self the gallery is running slow when it first loads afer that everything appears to be smooth, that error comes up on the admin side when for example going from "manage" to "config" or just navigating through...

i think it may be an issue pon the server but im not sure what to ask my provider..

the login details are

username: test
password : test
for http://www.sherwoodsfabrics.co.uk/imagevue

Maybe not a good idea to post the login details.

its ok at the moment just a testing version , if anyone really wants to be malicious then ill just re upload, ;) dont mean to be ignorent but it just seems easier.

that point asside ive resolved this issue i was having. after speaking with my Web space provider they said that the php was configured to run but not in a dynamic invirorment, im no php guru so i dont really know what that means but it may be useful for some other people if they are experiancing time out errors when using the admin side of the gallery, any ways

thanks for all your help

have a great 2009

While we're working on it, want to comment something.
Exceeding default 30 secs might be a bug, but 5 seconds is too rough setting. We'll add something to prevent timeout, but its better to have your hoster reset it to default 30 secs.

have the same issue actually
my execution time is set to 60
and I changed it to 120 ... still problems.
(only in admin though , and only with the latets 2 releases)
using the imagevue x2 20081223 release I have no problem with going to config/diagnosticss or clear cache settings.
