I like having my menu open by default and set to not auto hide, BUT i had pretty long folder names and they end up overwriting the image... would it be possible to have it auto hide down to the base level but not all the way...
i.e.
Here is a sample folder structure...

What I would like to do is have the menu folded out always to...

... and then if you click on 2008 it unfolds...

... then i pick directory A and it folds back to the default base level...

... but it NEVER fully goes away...
What do you think? (sorry this post was so long)
