I've got blog on my site and I'm wondering if something like that described below is possible to achive:

Sorry, I'm not 100% sure I understand your example ...
A blog in X3 is a collection of pages, or basically an "albums" page that lists CHILD pages. See this example:
https://mjau-mjau.com/blog/
You have many settings to choose HOW you want to list the pages, but basically you choose from items TITLE, DESCRIPTION, DATE, PREVIEW-IMAGE, and you can also choose LAYOUT style (set from page settings -> folders).
Normally, the blog would be something like this, in a variety of layouts:
---
title
description
date
PREVIEW IMAGE
---
(next item)
---
