Can I change the authenticated domain name?
old domain: xyuki.com
new domain: mobai.one

Same here.
Need to change the authenticated domain from:
Old: dfsi.us
New: greatshots.us
Also, is there a preffered method to move all files to new domain?

You could simply copy over everything, but my recommendation would be:
- Install new blank X3, and make sure it works.
- Delete folders /content/ and /config/.
- Copy folders /content/ and /config/ from old location to new location.
