We already offer a "Commercial Consecutive License $50" (discounted from $150) on the purchase page, which is basically aimed at agents or resellers who already own a license. If the reseller/agent wishes to simply obtain the $100 difference, or require a higher fee in the first place, that would not really be any of our business.
