There is currently no easy way to change the fonts of the Imagevue gallery. You will need to edit the FLA file, which can be abit tiresome. For the slideshow module(which now also is a part of the gallery viewing experience), you may simply set the fonts from the slideshow configuration file.
I can tell you that there will come a new version one day, where you can set fonts in the gallery in a similar was as to how you set them for the sldieshow. But for now, I dont think there is any easy workaround.
