load photogallery to flash

Hi people i'm little bit confused
I created website in flash 8. Every part in my website are loaded extension I read some topics on forum but steal i have problem with files. I need your help people.
I upload folder on my serwer i now how to add photos simple.
But how to make something like this.
When somebody press gallery button. Little thunbails are going to show in some area 400 height 400 weight but when somebody press little thunbail, pictures are going to open in popup window
And the most important question how to change visual style our gallery and apply to my extension file gallery.swf
