Folder's order and popuptemplate

Hi, I have two questions; how do I change the order of the folders in the main menu list?
and the second, how can I add information to the up right button that says "About Us"? because for the moment if I push that button appears a window that says "The requested URL /html/popuptemplate.html was not found on this server."
