i would like to know the changes as well. because there was already a 2.1.8.1 release a while back. So either: A] They forgot to update the version number and make a changelog entry B] Something made the date jump... in which it isnt meant to ... thus no changelog needed. just wait till karl or pain...

No clue on how to force full resolution of an image to be honest.

Give the guys time ... they are quite busy testing various things.

Why would a new release postpone your structure change ?
You dont make changes in your content folders if you update imageveux normally.

Ehh backup the entire folder where imagevue is located at through ftp ?

I really see no need for a backup gallery function to be quite honest.
It's not like its using a database or what so ever.

Option 2 has my vote. Making Imagevue shareable is a real nice addition. Not crucial but nice :) Option 1 is ok but if it is hard work to get it into Imagevue I say dont go that way. You could probably use CURL for the logging in on the url to automate it based on the link Karl supplied.
Not tested... but shouldnt be any problem.

For the code to build it up; Just use Google

Good advice though to put it somewhere out of 'public html". as Karl sorta pointed out.

Nice overhaul on the look and feel.
it took a few minutes to get used to it but very nice once you 'settled in'.

On a side-note.
If I can help you test anything for the releases let me know (76.000+ pics (and still grwoing). Offered Karl to help test if it makes differences speedwise and such

If so you would have seen that mjau-mjau and pain are indeed quite busy with imagevuex.

Just have patience ... if you dont have that create things you want yourself.

It should be optionable. Nobdy should be forced to use/show it. But in the gallery menu at the the bottom would be nice.
