Normally you just rename iv-admin to admin and it works. It updates settings automatically. Maybe you could try to delete cookies? Not sure what is going on in your case, I can take a look if you provide your FTP password.

You can't remove 'Add to Home Screen' popup (without editing the files at least). But it is displayed only once so it shouldn't be a problem.

This is a bit strange as Imagevue should set 666 to files and 777 to folders by default. We haven't change anything in this regard since 2.7.4. And in fact it does:
Are you sure nothing has changed on your sever?

I tried to fix this, but unfortunately it is not getting stable. Right now the solution to this is to add Imagevue to homescreen so there are no buttons at all when you open it.

This is fixed in Imagevue 2.8.10.2 released just now.

Картинки надо ужимать в любом случает, так как Flash не может показать их корректно если они больше определенного размера. Это не зависит он параметра в конфиге.

В _altimage их придется загружать руками, с тем же именем, к сожалению это не автоматизировано.
