Hi, I host with X3 but currently my domain is being rejected with a Cloudflare error.  Can someone from X3 (Karl W.?) please get in touch to fix this?

What dictates the order the menu items appear in the drop down?  It seems linked to content within the folder rather than the name of the menu item?  can we order the menu items for the folders in some way?

Karl, I am hosting with you...is there a limit?

I am having trouble uploading videos.  They sometimes fail during upload, and other times they complete and then show ERROR.  These files are approx 250-320MB in size.  Is there a size limit?  How can I upload them?  I have 40MBit upload speed so its not bandwidth.  Any known issues on this?  Thanks

yes - now I cant reproduce!.  I think it has to be something with cached values.  It happened after numerous moves and renaming of folders over an extended period of time.  I'll keep an eye out if it happens again and the record it.

I can now reproduce.  e.g. Since you have access to my site - create folder under the top level "years" e.g. 2003 and then look at the properties of the Page settings for that folder.

Renaming it and removing the underscore fixes the problem.

Not sure if this is wholly correct.  See folder I added an underscore to which then adopted underscores for all spaces (automatically).  However the visible name in the folder edit shows spaces, but the folder shown in URL includes underscores.  And we get a 404.... 2018-09-25_231549.png 2018-09-25_...

Folders which have an underscore in the name will show 404 error even if there are pictures in the gallery.
