I know this Forum doesn't get moderated regularly, but I still thought of posting this question.
Recently, my Internet Service Provider contacted me to prove to them that I own imagevue. I sent them a copy of the receipt of the imagevue that I had bought, but now they are asking for login name and password, where they can validate the ownership of my license. If I provide this to them, won't that promote software piracy even further? I also noticed that I can't change my user-name and password, in case I send this to them. Any thought? |

I think somebody of your ISP want to use Imagevue, without buying it.
So, I should not send my log-in info to them. _________________ Rene http://www.globetrotternet.nl/ |

Thats a weird request from an ISP. You should not need to provide anything else than orderID. If there is anything else, then send them to me.
