Would it be possible to only have the "Buy" button visible only when an image has a purchase link?

Currently the button is on for all images, or off for all images, which is awkward if only some images within the site are for sale.

It would be nice, for instance, to have a "prints" gallery/folder be the only images showing the Buy button. This functionality would help to facilitate that sort of thing.

I have now added this feature request. The purchase button only displays if the image has a purchase link. If the field is left empty, the button will not appear.

I have also added this feature to the similar link feature.

This will be available in a release coming very very soon.

Well its not an e-commerce system unfortunately. We have Fotomoto integration offered, because that is a 3rd party module. We can't just easily "hook" Imagevue into any commerce system you are using.

I do not use third-party system. I just need automatically generated links that worked perfectly so far. I always use an application that worked homemade so far with the automatic generation of links.
I understand quite your interest for Fotomoto. Although I disagree because it is impossible for me to use it.

Should I regenerate myself ALL XML files after upload or the API can help me?

What exactly is it you need? Some kind of dynamically created links based on some pattern? F.ex somepaypage.com/?item=[filename]? I can't see any other way to automate this, its not like there are IDs or anything stored with the image ...

I just need a way to generate a link for the purchase button. I have tried to put the link as such in the purchase input field
checkout/?path=[path] like you suggested hoping [path] was interpreted as a variable but no.

I missing something ?
