What is the final decision on shopping cart feature? Will it be implemented on X2? If so, is there a time frame for its availability?

Yes, now that we have released Imagevue X2 non-beta, we will be looking forwards to additional features. The only issue we have with "shopping cart feature", is that there are so many possible aspects of this.

What payment processor are you using? What are you selling? Do you require user selection parameters for every product/image, or is it a static product? Do you handle orders manually, or are you looking for some intermediate solution where the buyer gets his product immediately somehow?

Hey there! I have few ideas for the shopping cart, but I'm sure you've already thought about what I have thought of (paypal etc.).

We have already had a few suggestions, but the more we get, the easier it is to pave the path! Feel free to post any suggestion ...

i love the idea of a shopping cart though for my needs all i would requie would be the basic quantity, and the abiltiy to add multiple items and pay through something like paypal.

baring in mind im not using the gallery to sell 'images' rather fabrics. so this may need to be considered to avoid closing the gap of who the cart is applicable to.............

Maybe this can be added as a plugin module? Merchants having different specs so we will have to work with several apis atleast, and this kinda turns imagevue into flash webshop.
