I would very much like to have a slideshow on the textpage that I use as my front page. Can you offer any guidance for setting this up?

The textpage feature supports text with basic HTML support. This also means you can embed images, or even SWF files. Therefore, to use a slideshow in a textpage, it would have to be an external SWF file - Something we don't currently provide.

I will add it to our list of future features.

PS! You could try to add the slideshow module in the link below, but I haven't been able to try that out for myself yet.

I tried this but no success yet. I entered the code into the textpage and uploaded the slider files to the imageview folder on my hosting. Then I created a photos folder witht the desired images and set the references in the code. Did I put it in the right place? I don't see any trace of anything popping up--

I will have to ask you for some patience. We will create a slideshow SWF which can be used as filemod or in a textpage as soon as we find the time.

good job, thubms up! I'm struggling with that... are you using the recommended (V2 articles) <img src="...> tag to embed? Coz that one sems not goo for me...

using the <img> tag is the only way to integrate anything else than text in flash textfields(including imagevue textpages). I will look into textpage slideshow integration options soon ...

Here's the code that I used for the slideshow on the text page:
