This is possible if you set "list" view for the mobile version instead of the default "swipe" interface. This will also be possible in the future ...

Go to admin -> settings -> Mobile, and in the first option "Folder view mode", choose "Images". Keep in mind, this will effectively set your images to display vertically in a scroll instead of opening in the "swipe" interface. The default swipe interface is nice, but because of its complicated technical nature, it prevents some default actions like setting wallpaper.
