I would make the startpage images smaller, or use folder parameters to create your slideshow instead of using the slideshow filemod ... Because on a small screen, since the start images and not sized down, the underlap the menu and other navigation elements.

My personal opinion, you should remove your footer text also ... It has no value whatsoever except further cluttering the interface. Nobody is gonna go to your website with intention to steal images, and then only after reading that text think "oh damn, I cant steal these images because of that text" ... and what you gonna do if someone steals them? Sue them because you have that text there?
