Hi Karl, are we expecting a revamp HTML site with the ability to change template (just like the flash page) or this 2.8 version is purely concentrated on the mobile platform?

How can i change the Toolbar Title from "Your Gallery" to my Gallery Name?
My Gallery's Name is "Ruggero Aebi Fotografie"

Go to admin -> settings -> Mobile -> Toolbar Title. You can add your default title there ... However, if it is left empty, it will use your default gallery title, and folder titles when in a folder. It never displays "Your Gallery" in the toolbar unless you added exactly that there ...

This will not be included in 2.8, but we have this planned for 2.9 not long after. Right now, the mobile (or non-flash) gap was important to fill. Per definition, now all devices with flash will show the flash version, and all non-flash devices and mobile devices will show the mobile version.

beta 7 broke the map link... the link displays but nothing happens when you click on it

I think you need to empty your cache. In the latest release, we removed the lightbox functions from root document, and they are instead executed directly from the new SWF. I checked your gallery, and the map link works:

right you are... sorry about that... I could have sworn I emptied my cache... but I am on a different computer now and it works great.

by the way... this feature is FANTASTIC and adds an entirely new dimension to my site... which is geared towards adventure and travel. thanks!

Impressed with the progress being made on the mobile site. Here is a functionality suggestion.

At the image level it would be cool to have the ability to access image actions... such as the ones in the admin.image.imagebuttons.

A menu could be displayed on the opposite side of the bar that has the back button.

What exact features would you be looking for? Share and Map perhaps ... Other stuff like zoom, open in popup, download etc. doesnt have much to do from a mobile perspective.

Hi guys, is there any way you could fix the thumbnail scroll feature?
I know you've discussed this before and I've also read the previous posts explained, but I have about 600 images under each menu item and when people start browsing it , they dont know what theyre clicking as the list moves too fast below.

Some of the thumbnails are still loading and the site looks blank to the visitor.

Instead of going from end-to-end using the mouse, could you implement an option where users can select between normal click-by-click scrolling (where 1 click = new set of images below etc) and the usual one you have now?

Also images over 2 MB or 2000 pixel resolution didnt have thumbnails created before. Any luck with that?

First, you last beta is wonderfull. it working very very good and better as better!

I have a little ask for my theme by carbonizer. Im using your radial.swf for my second background, but i want use it with a little more transparancy, because i have a blue clear background and with a little resolution of screen its a lot of dark :/

Its possible to have a .fla source or an other solution to have this file with a little more transparancy?

I would personally use...

- maplink
- share (with facebook, twitter & possibly email)

others might include
- send link
- image info
- exif

- how about set image as wallpaper?
