What should i do to fix this? Can't login to control panel either.

The /tmp folder that your server is set up to store sessions info in is missing: /home/users/web/b2208/moo.feofanoveu/cgi-bin/tmp/

You can create it inside of cgi-bin folder using your ftp client, or contact your hosting support and ask them for the assistance.

I made both folders - cgi-bin and tmp.
Seems to be working now.

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

Could you provide the ftp login so we could check please?
