Hi,
my problem with the site is that after downloading the image from an album (or playing a slideshow/ or changing a size of the image) I am redirected to the start page (at once or after a few images).
I am using version of 03 September 2008.

This happens because of the SWFAddress module that creates the link in the URL field of your browser. It does not support the parenthesis "()" characters which you have in some of your file names.

You either need to rename some of your images(removing any "()" characters), you need to disable the SWFAddress module from your theme configuration.
