Will deep links be fixed with the next release?

sorry, but i dont know if it was already asked:

the url is different, for example:

the url in version 2.7 :
http://freshit.de/#/content/gallery/nature/....

in version 2.8 "content" does not exist in the url:
http://freshit.de/#/gallery/nature/....

all my old sharing links at facebook dont work.
any solutions?

They both work, and te first one redirects anchor.

I checked around, and I see you are still using the imagevue2.swf from Imagevue X2.7 ... You need to upgrade this to latest SWF file also for this to work properly. Either this, or it is still displaying some old cached version somehow.

i have updated now to version 2.8, and its backwards compatible, you are right.

now i have 2 problems

1. the links at our facebook page dont work

And I found a problem:

1. I use multilanguege - russian as the primary language and english as an additional language. Now these two languages ​​are switched automatically and randomly when I use the menu.

2.I have a menu item (Contact) link as the other item (About). In the mobile version this link is broken because it does not ?/. It's not a big problem )).

I have just noticed on the latest online demo of 2.8 following two issues:

Pre condition:
save url of galllery on to the home screen of your iphone

1. I expect the status bar to be changed to black instead of gray.
2. When clicking on any link the safari browser is opened displaying safari controls at top and bottom. I'd expect it to stay within contoler-less mode; hence not displaying url bar at the top and no controls at the bottom.

Having a bit of difficulty...
I uploaded the new beta over my original 2.7 gallery.
It loads in HTML but not in Flash. The wheel just keeps spinning nomatter what page you try.
I had the powerpack installed but I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Can it be fixed or should I just restore from backup?

I tried this with my gallery and sadly it's horribly slow. With Iphone 4 it loads several minutes that front page - it's practically impossible to get inside a gallery. Then on iPad (1. gen) it loads a while and then Safari crashes (probably runs out of memory or something like that).

And not only that it causes a high load rise on my server (6-core I7 3930K with 32Gb of ram...)

Maybe the issue is that I have about 35 000 images on my gallery.

I really hope that these performance issues are solved before this goes final.

I only have about 2'000+ but on my iPod Touch 4 it is very very slow too.

How do you disable specific folders on the mobile version?

I have the powerPack installed and when the guestbook is shown on the mobile version it is empty so i would need a way to disable that folder on mobile.

As of now i have entered text in the guestbook textpage which gets rendered when a person is viewing the mobile version.

In case if someone else comes across with this issue, my minor fix is; place the contact form in the textpage so desktop users get the flash guestbook while mobile users get the html contact form.

I installed Beta 3 today and came across following two issues:

• In "Settings-Mobile" the Display menu setting has disappeared. Will the mobile menu always show up in Beta 3?
• How does the "[x] HTML [x] Flash [x] Mobile View selector" work? If only flash is activated for example, I can still see the folder in the mobile frontend, vice versa.

This may seem like a stupid question but where can I download this 2.8 beta version and be sure of getting the most recent edition of it?
I found a link earlier in this discussion but I get the feeling that I may have installed the wrong software onto my site.
