I really like the custom startpage, looks cool!
In the galleries section, I would perhaps remove the frame around the thumbnails, or make it a much lighter gray ... ? Same for the main controls ... They could be a lighter grey to make the design more subtle ... They would still be very visible on your plain white background ... Also, have you increased the vertical margins for the full-size images? The pictures are displayed quite small on my 13" macbook, unless I take it "fullscreen". Seems like there is a lot of extra space ... http://d.pr/SLj1 _________________ Karl / mjau-mjau ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() www.imagevuex.com www.mjau-mjau.com www.photogallerylinks.com |

Quote I really like the custom startpage, looks cool! thanks i wanted to use this kind of navigation instead of the default gallery menu in a shrinked version at the top of the page, but i had difficulties with the deep-links, as posted http://imagevuex.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=6608. I think its not that important, although right now I couldn't test it because it seems you have removed the EXIF text display? Just a few words to let you know I really like your work on the layout.
Simple, design, elegant, and the menu over the lil' dots is just.. perfect. Congrats ! _________________ Life offers so much to show, just keep your eyes open... |
