Just put up the latest version and replaced the content folder with my one from the previous version - when I go to the front end to view it, in the centre of the screen I get a 'rotating progress bar' (think thats what you call it) for 2 seconds and nothing happens - in the admin I have the 'content folder' in the 'settings' pointing to "content".
Any ideas?

We did have a short time period (half an hour?) with some grave errors in today's release before we fixed. Perhaps re-download and try again?
