It doesn't seem to be working with me. All steps followed as stated but custom text doesn't appear. I may have missed something!!

With the latest beta release, custom text still doesn't display!!
Is there anyone else facing this problem??

I did some research on your page, and it seems you have overlooked one important step to get your custom texts to appear.

"Custom" is a text item that has to be enabled to display with one of the TEXT items. Just for testing purposes, I added it to the text1 module alongside TITLE+DESCRIPTION so you can now see at the top.

If you want it to display in a separate location, you will need to enable it in the TEXT2 module.

So there is no way to add custom text alone. It has to be along one of the defined text entities.If so, then it is cleared.

hmmm, I wasn't aware of this. Of course it should be possible to display only the custom text ... Its a bug - I'll look into it.
