Seem a bit late on this one, but if I get it right I have to download this to my iPad directly. It will not deal with a zip file.
Do I have something wrong or do I download on my desktop.

The FTP download and upload worked really well, it was minutes and not hours for 500 Images. I resized those images that required it using "Batch Resize" in ACDSee Pro, another very fast process. The biggest difference is with the Panoramas which play better with their widths all set to maximum of 1...

Our thinking seems to be in sync, I just needed to hear it from a Wizard.
I will ftp tonight and try a sample resize tomorrow (USA-PST) I will keep you informed, via this thread.
