No it does not. Just tested now again, button was missing and opened another folder. Then button appeared again once new folder loaded. Pressed F5 and button disappeared again. Pressing F5 again a few times and it does not come back. Go back and forth between folders and pressing F5, button still go...

Can confirm that I have the same problem on both IE7 and IE8 that the upload button dissapears.

Updated flash, checked on two servers, refreshed page... nothing helps.

Works in FF and other browsers.

I think everyone is going to start experiencing this problem now because of Flash 10.

Hopefully you guys can fix this with the next update.
